We are now looking for a **business**‑**oriented Team Lead** to join the Shrimp and Warm Water spp. Nutrition R&D team. In this role, you will work closely with enthusiastic researchers to develop the right solutions and contribute directly to Skretting’s innovation agenda for shrimp and high value fish. As Team Lead, you will lead the day‑to‑day activities of the team, ensure effective allocation of resources, support the development of people and capabilities. In addition, you will be responsible for a selection of innovation projects.
You will be part of the **R&D Science leadership team** and report to the **R&D Director**.
