Objective To lead end-to-end plant operations by ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while driving technical excellence, process optimization, plant improvements, and engineering projects. The role is responsible for supervising plant operations, developing the production team, implementing innovations, and continuously improving productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. Routine Duties & Responsibilities 1. Production Planning & Operations Lead and supervise day-to-day plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production. Plan production based on sales orders, production schedules, and dispatch priorities. Allocate manpower, raw materials, equipment, and utilities to achieve production targets. Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve plant efficiency.
