Objective
To lead end-to-end plant operations by ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while driving technical excellence, process optimization, plant improvements, and engineering projects. The role is responsible for supervising plant operations, developing the production team, implementing innovations, and continuously improving productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
