Role Overview:
The Team Lead – Product Implementation is responsible for leading end-to-end customer implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery, payroll readiness, and successful product adoption. This role drives SLA adherence, minimizes rework, and provides strategic and technical guidance to the implementation team while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution.
Experience: 5+ years with HRMS/Payroll implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of implementation specialists delivering HRMS solutions (Core HR, Payroll, Attendance, Leave, etc.)
- Own the complete implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and go-live
- Ensure accurate payroll setup, validation, and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
