Reporting to the Manager, Payroll, the Team Lead is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day payroll operations and providing supervision to the payroll team. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, adherence to legislative and collective agreement requirements, and the delivery of high‑quality, customer‑focused service to both internal and external stakeholders.
