Job Summary
Performs moderately complex facility tasks, functions and maintenance duties. Under the general supervision of the CBRE Facility Manager, will have lead responsibilities in overseeing and assigning Building Services/facility maintenance/utility staff and outside cleaning vendor to complete tasks. These tasks will be carried out in two locations: The Needham Lab located at Second Ave and Needham Cardiology located at Second Ave Needham, MA.
