Responsibilities
- Manage and support a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure follow-up, respect deadlines, schedules and budgets issued for the various projects
- Ensure the MEP of the new platforms of the different members of the team
- Carry out capex, opex, labor budget follow-ups, the opening of CAAR
- Work to achieve plant objectives in terms of OHS, productivity, quality and cost
- Promote the optimization and robustness of our processes
- Plan the sustainability of our various assets
- Budget planning for the next few years
- Facilitate problem solving
- Collaborate with different departments and vendors
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or DEC in mechanical or industrial engineering and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
