- Lead the support and enhancement of non-financial JDE E1 applications, establishing processes and structures that provide high-quality service to internal customers.
- Manage the onshore and offshore JDE E1 functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, thoroughness, collaboration, and process adherence.
- Balance team resources and workloads across operational support, projects, enhancements, and business priorities.
