Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate workload and assess team staffing needs
• Train and mentor team members for performance enhancement
• Provide oversight on multi-discipline projects
• Collaborate with colleagues to boost technical efficiency
• Serve as key client contact on important projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Valid class 5 driver’s license
