Lead the care and support of sexually exploited youth with Ma Mawi Wi Chi Itata Centre's Indigenous program. Develop policies, manage staff, and provide a nurturing environment for healing.
This position as Team Lead requires dedication to improving lives and specialized care for youth aged 13-17. Your role involves implementing programs, training staff, and catering to individual needs while fostering a supportive atmosphere at the center. Understanding Indigenous culture and effective communication are essential in delivering trauma-informed care to vulnerable youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and monitor program policies and procedures
