Team Lead, Disability Consultant

Your opportunity

As a member of a dynamic team, you will draw on your strong leadership skills to supervise the day‑to‑day work of the Disability Consultant Team at the University of Toronto Scarborough. You will provide leadership in case management related to academic accommodations for students with disabilities, assign new intakes to members of the team, and offer consultation and guidance on complex accommodations and support needs. You will be responsible for training new Disability Consultants and contributing to the development and refinement of practices, procedures and processes to ensure the effective delivery of accessible services and supports within AccessAbility Services.
