We are looking for a Day Centre Team Leader to join our dedicated team at the Glen Centre, helping to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care within a welcoming community setting.

As Day Centre Team Leader, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day management of the Glen Centre, leading and supporting a team to deliver outstanding care and meaningful activities for older adults, including those living with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Day Centre staff
• Ensure care plans are developed, reviewed and remain person‑centred and outcome‑focused
• Act as a keyworker, working alongside colleagues, families and multidisciplinary partners
