Team Lead, Analytics & Data Product PMO, Toronto or Brampton Location: Toronto or Brampton.
What You’ll Do
Lead a group of technical project managers in the PC Optimum Loyalty and Marketing portfolios.
Create new processes, project‑management templates, presentations, and artifacts based on portfolio needs.
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify and implement process improvement opportunities with effective change management to ensure adoption.
Own program‑level financial reporting and work with initiative owners and finance leads to keep the project budget on track.
Facilitate the annual capital process and prepare business cases with detailed estimates on project costs, scope, timeline, and project benefits.
