We’re now looking for a Team Coordinator to join our team in Málaga.
In this role, you will handle administrative and operational tasks, support our commercial and legal teams, and help ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day activities. You will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our Málaga office, acting as a central point of coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the office
- Manage invoicing, basic accounting follow-up, and financial coordination
- Keep all documentation, contracts, and internal records accurate and up to date
- Act as the main point of contact for CRM (Salesforce) and assist with IT-related tasks
- Provide ongoing support to the commercial and legal teams, helping them stay focused and efficient
