Role Overview

As a Teaching Associate for the Program Anak Kita Sarawak 2.0 - Learning Loss Project, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening classroom-level intervention and improving students’ foundational literacy and numeracy. You will work closely with ‘Pemulihan’ teachers to provide hands‑on support through co‑teaching, small‑group intervention, and in‑class coaching.

We are seeking high‑calibre individuals with strong classroom experience, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Teaching Associates are also expected to support the integration of digital learning tools and 21st‑century teaching approaches, in line with KPM’s direction.
