The Role
- Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Working with small groups and individual pupils to support learning and development
- Assisting with classroom preparation and resource organisation
- Promoting positive behaviour and helping to create an inclusive learning environment
- Supporting pupils with varying learning needs to achieve their full potential
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working within a primary school setting is desirable
