Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Spalding and surrounding areas
Contract type: Agency, Full-time, term‑time only
Pay: £93‑£100 per day (based on 6.5 working hours)
About the role
Right Education are working closely with several welcoming primary schools across Spalding to recruit reliable, caring Teaching Assistants. These roles offer consistent, rewarding work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, helping children succeed both academically and personally.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting classroom learning alongside the class teacher
- Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need extra support
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Assisting with classroom routines, preparation and interventions
