Compensation

Teaching Assistant, Course Coordinator and Lab Demonstrator positions are paid according to qualifications. Employees without a 4‑year honours degree or 3‑year pass degree receive the undergraduate rate of $23.30 per hour effective September 1, 2026. Employees holding a 4‑year honours degree or a 3‑year pass degree receive the graduate rate of $36.67 per hour effective September 1, 2026. Additional duties may be compensated at the appropriate TA rate.
