Teaching Assistant

Academics is looking for a devoted Teaching Assistant to support primary schools across Solihull. This daily short-term role is ideal for teachers seeking flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils' educational development, and manage and support the classroom alongside the designated teacher.
• Create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
• Provide tailored assistance for SEND pupils.
• Monitor students and report to the designated teacher when necessary.

Requirements

• Enhanced DBS, must be on the update service.
• Relevant qualifications or experience.
• Willingness to complete relevant training continually when needed.
