Full Time Salary: £24,796 to £25,185

Actual Salary: £15,461.62 to £15,704.18

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support pupils in the learning environment, assisting the teacher with the implementation of pupil education.
• Ensure all children feel safe, happy and able to learn.
• Create a purposeful, orderly and supportive learning environment.
• Support the teacher in management of pupil behaviour and tackle challenging behaviour in children with respect and understanding, following the school’s Behaviour Policy.
• Build supportive and respectful relationships with children while maintaining confidentiality and following the school’s Code of Conduct.
