TEACHING ASSISTANT LEVEL 2

Location: Anderton Primary School, Babylon Lane, Anderton, Chorley, PR6 9NN (190 pupils on roll)

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated teaching assistant to join our dedicated team of teachers and staff. Our staff are committed to ensuring pupils learn, progress and reach their potential. Responsibilities

• Promote positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
• Maintain high expectations for pupil learning, behaviour and attainment.
• Use a creative and practical approach to learning.
• Apply a good working knowledge of the primary curriculum, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills and experience of working across the school.
• Work with children who have a range of special educational and behavioural needs.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
