About the Role
Destination Education is currently recruiting for a caring and committed 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to work within a range of supportive primary schools in Ilford and the surrounding areas. This rewarding role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive both academically and personally. As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to pupils with Special Educational Needs, helping them access the curriculum and participate fully in school life. You will work closely with class teachers, SENCo's, and other support staff to implement personalised learning strategies and create a positive, nurturing environment where pupils can develop confidence, independence, and key life skills.
