Are you an empathetic and motivated Teaching Assistant looking to support students in a mainstream secondary school with mild SEN needs? Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for dedicated individuals to work in a well‑run and leading mainstream Secondary Academy based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. We are looking for people with experience of working with students aged 9‑14 and supporting those in the early Secondary years who are making the transition from Primary school this academic year. If you are calm, nurturing and able to provide a safe space for these students, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role
