Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants (TAs) within secondary schools around Guisborough, starting in September and on and ongoing basis.

The Role

• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions to support student progress
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
• Support classroom management and contribute to a focused learning atmosphere
