Overview
Supply Hive is working with a welcoming primary school who are seeking a proactive and committed general class based Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality teaching and learning across the classroom, helping to create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment for all pupils.
- Supporting the class teacher with the preparation and delivery of lessons across the curriculum.
- Assisting with setting up learning materials, classroom resources, and displays to maintain an organised and stimulating environment.
- Working with small groups of pupils to reinforce learning objectives and ensure understanding of key concepts.
- Encouraging active participation, positive behaviour, and strong classroom routines in line with the school's policies.
