Location: Impington, Cambridgeshire
Salary: Level 2 (Point 4): GBP25,185 : GBP25,583 FTE (Approx. GBP21,697 : GBP22,040 Pro:rata)
Level 3: GBP25,584 : GBP27,269 FTE (Approx. GBP22,041 : GBP23,493 Pro:rata)
Contract Type: Permanent, Term: Time Only (including lunchtime support)
Reporting To: Class Teacher / Assistant Headteacher

Key Responsibilities
- Direct Pupil Support: Build trusting, supportive relationships with individual pupils or small groups. Model positive social interactions and assist with both emotional and physical care needs.
- EHCP Implementation: Work closely with the class teacher to ensure that every child’s specific legal EHCP provisions and targets are meticulously met.
