Teaching Assistant - Beaucroft School

About the Role

We are recruiting Teaching Assistants to work at our Wimborne (College) or Colehill (School) sites on a full‑time, term‑time only basis (8:45 am – 3:45 pm, Monday‑Friday).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers and other teaching assistants in planning and delivering a programme of work.
• Provide a stable, caring and supportive learning environment for pupils.
• Work with pupils in small groups and support the whole class.
• Help implement strategies for pupils with SEND, including complex needs.
• Support pupil learning and wellbeing, including practical and community‑based activities.

Requirements

• Experience of supporting young people with SEND, including those with complex needs.
• Flexible, resilient and a can‑do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel between the two sites and be present at either or both as required....
