Purpose

As a Business Skills Teaching Assessor, you will support apprentices to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to succeed in their careers while achieving nationally recognised qualifications. Working closely with learners and employers, you will deliver high-quality teaching, coaching and assessment across a range of business and leadership apprenticeship programmes, helping learners progress, achieve their goals and maximise their potential.

You will be responsible for delivering and assessing Business Administration Level 3, Team Leader Level 3 and Operational Manager Level 5 Apprenticeship Standards, ensuring learners receive an engaging, supportive and compliant learning experience.
