EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY POSITION: Teacher- Numeracy Instructional Coach (K to Grade 8)Under the direct supervision of the Superintendent of Academics and general direction of the School Principals. The Wikwemikong Board of Education is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable educator to serve as a Numeracy Instructional Coach, supporting K–8 teachers at Pontiac School and the Junior School. This role is integral to improving student achievement in mathematics through job-embedded coaching, professional learning, and datainformed instructional planning, all aligned with school improvement priorities and culturally relevant pedagogy. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the implementation of the School Improvement Plan (SIP) by co-developing math-focused goals and action plans with educators and administrators.
