Job Description:

A Teacher of Mathematics in 6th grade. This would include 3 groups of 23 students per class for a total of 16 sessions or instruction per week. The teacher would also be required to perform supervision duties and promote integrated projects. The candidate would need to have knowledge of the following topics:Physical Science topics include:1. Introduction to Matter2. Solids, liquids and gases3. Matter and Energy in Earth's Systems4. Electricity and magnetismMath Topics Include:1. Multiplying fractions2. Division of fractions 3. Division of fractions with fractions4. Division of mixed numbers5. Solve problems with rational numbers6. Add, subtract, and multiply decimals7. Divide whole numbers and decimals8.
