The opportunity
Lead cross border teams to help US clients connect strategy to execution . As a TD&E Manager, you will design and stand-up Transformation/Program/Enterprise PMOs , shape the target operating model , guide portfolio decisions, and drive delivery across time zones. You will combine clear governance with practical reporting so leaders can see progress, risks, and value realized .
You will also grow people and help win new work by working closely with EY stakeholders on new pursuits and support the practice in developing end-to-end proposals and proposal presentations to clients
You will work with our clients to establish a TMO, PMO or EPMO structure to mobilize and manage programs by applying a proven EY framework and methodology based on industry recognized global standards.
