We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager. This role is ideal for a tax specialist who can oversee complex compliance work, provide practical guidance to clients, and support a growing portfolio of business and individual accounts. The position also offers the opportunity to coach team members, strengthen client partnerships, and contribute to the continued expansion of the practice.
Requirements • Active CPA license required.
• At least 5 years of public accounting tax experience, with a strong preference for 6 to 10 or more years in progressive roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in individual, business, and nonprofit taxation.
• Proven experience reviewing the work of others and leading or supervising tax staff.
• Strong ability to manage complex tax issues and navigate challenging client situations with sound judgment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
