A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES -Review corporate and partnership federal, state, and local income tax returns in accordance with relevant tax laws and regulations -Review quarterly estimated tax payments and tax return extensions, including monitoring payment deadlines -Review interim and year-end tax provisions with a focus on current taxable income calculation and validation of deferred balances in accordance with ASC 740 -Liaise with finance and accounting personnel to collect and analyze financial information and document calculations, assumptions, and conclusions to support income tax filings and forecasts -Develop an understanding of business operations -Assist with responses to tax notices, including corresponding with taxing authorities to resolve inquiries and disputes -Day-to-day management of tax team members and/or consultants on assigned projects -Provide tax support to other corporate and operating groups -Assist with various projects related to i...
