Job Description
Summary :
- The Welder position is responsible for accurately reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to meet project requirements.
- This role involves fabricating large fuel tanks—up to 60 feet long and 13 feet wide—designed to hold 3,000 to 10,000 gallons of diesel fuel.
- The welder must ensure strict adherence to safety standards by wearing required PPE and following all safety guidelines throughout the process.
Training & Trial Period Work Schedule (Monday–Friday) Weeks 1–2:
- 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM Weeks 3–6: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Final 90-Day Trial Period (Full-Time Shift): 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM This position is eligible for 10% differential pay. Accountabilities: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
