Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a friendly and professional manner.Accurately process and confirm reservations, ensuring all guest preferences and requests are noted.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information.Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience from booking to check-out.Manage and resolve any reservation-related issues or complaints effectively and efficiently.Qualifications
