- Own the initial candidate recruitment experience in partnership with our onsite Talent Advisors.
- Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, jobs skills, and salary requirements.
- Provide information about the organization and position and promote our employer brand online and offline.
Candidate Relationship Management
- Utilize sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract candidates such as online social networking, traditional networking, searches, and referrals.
