About The Role

This role is critical to building a consistent, high-quality pipeline of sales talent globally across North America, EMEA, and APJ.

As a Talent Sourcer – Global GTM, you will own top‑of‑funnel strategy and execution for Sales hiring, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition and Sales leadership to ensure we have ready‑to‑engage talent pools for all priority roles.

This is not a passive sourcing role. You will operate as a proactive pipeline builder, focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying high‑performing sales talent in competitive markets.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain high‑quality pipelines of global sales talent (AEs, AMs, SDRs and leadership)
