Rosewood Cape Kidnappers, Hawke’s Bay (with flexibility to work from other NZ properties as operational needs require)

Position Purpose:

The T&C Manager will support selected Talent & Culture functions across Rosewood’s New Zealand properties. The role is based at one property (currently Cape Kidnappers) and provides remote support to other locations as needed. The base location may be adjusted over time to meet operational requirements, ensuring T&C support is effectively delivered across the cluster.
