A Talent Coordinator you’ll be the go-to support for employee data changes, benefits, leaves, and onboarding administration. This role helps ensure employees have a smooth and positive experience from the moment they join the college and throughout their time with us.
Reporting to the Team Lead, Talent Operations, you’ll work closely with colleagues across People & Talent Operations to keep our HR systems accurate, our benefits running smoothly, and our employees supported with clear, timely information.
