About this Role

We are looking for a strategic and client-focused Talent Assessment & Transformation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will partner with organisations to transform how they make talent decisions by designing modern competency frameworks, delivering high-quality talent assessments, and advising clients on best-practice talent management. Working closely with HR and business leaders, you will help organisations build the foundations for competency-based recruitment, development, performance management, succession planning, and leadership assessment.

You will have the opportunity to lead consulting engagements from discovery through implementation—facilitating workshops, designing competency frameworks, running assessment centres, preparing assessment reports, and helping clients embed these frameworks into the ASTRNT Platform.
