Your Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (80%)

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment processes for both white-collar and blue-collar roles within the factory (from early career professionals to senior and management positions)
• Apply competency-based interviewing techniques and aptitude diagnostics to identify, assess, and select high-quality candidates
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, partnering closely with HR Business Partners to design and execute effective hiring strategies Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including active sourcing and talent pipelines
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Monitor and analyze recruitment data to drive continuous improvement and effectiveness
