Role :Talent Acquisition Specialist (Retail)
Location : Canada (Remote )
Type: Contract
Rate : CAD 30/hr to CAD 37/hr
Language Requirement: Fluency in Spanish and English is required
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and leadership positions
- Proactively headhunt and engage passive candidates
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify top talent
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies
- Lead intake meetings and hiring discussions
- Share regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline health
- Support employer branding and participate in networking initiatives
