We are seeking a driven and experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to support hiring across our manufacturing and engineering teams. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process—from intake and sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding—while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top technical talent.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of manufacturing and/or engineering roles, along with a proactive, relationship-focused recruiting approach.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, including engineers, skilled trades, and manufacturing professionals
+ Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring strategies, and realistic timelines
