As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for specialist, leadership and hard-to-fill roles across our Nordic Group and Service functions.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and market mapping.
- Build talent pipelines for critical business areas and maintain strong candidate networks.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and P&C Business Partners as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategy, talent availability and market trends.
- Challenge hiring assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.
