Job Description
- Execute targeted sourcing through various methods, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruitment channels, to identify qualified active and passive candidates.
- Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications align with position requirements.
- Manage applicant tracking, candidate records, and the overall candidate experience while ensuring compliance with established recruitment processes and policies.
