Job Description
The Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in driving the APAC expansion of TikTok’s emerging Local Services business. We support the growth and success of this innovative product by building a strong, dynamic team that aligns with mission: Inspiring New Life and Helping Good Business.
In this role, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our team. This is a 12-month contract. In this role, you will collaborate with various members of the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to support our hiring efforts as we grow our organization. You will also serve as an advocate for our company by providing high-quality candidates through sourcing and creating a world-class interview experience for each candidate. - Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels;
