What will you be doing?

The objective of the role is to support the delivery of our client’s RPO and/or MSP hiring program. Working closely with Page Outsourcing and key client stakeholders, you will own candidate generation and selection, facilitate candidate presentations to hiring managers, support the interview process, and manage offer negotiations through successful onboarding.

Key Activities

• Engage with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, overall expectations, timeframes, and candidate pool quality and quantity.
• Support the Account Director / Talent Acquisition Manager on monthly reporting at all stages of the recruitment process for client review, including statistics on D&I; applications and conversion rates.
