Manager Talent Acquisition JOB DESCRIPTION: This role will be responsible for leading University Relations, Employer Branding, DEI Recruitments and Strategic TA Projects for India. This includes managing end to end recruitments, campus outreach strategies, strategic engagement for Internship & Early Career Program,STEM,Graduate Hiring,rolling out UR strategies in alignment with global priorities relevant to local market. Incumbent must demonstrate a customer centric mind-set to deliver outstanding candidate experience, while building the talent pipeline of future leaders to support business growth. Additionally, this will support recruitment marketing efforts driving the attraction and engagement of top external talent and building Abbott brand as employer of choice.
