Responsibilities
- Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic talent acquisition advice.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and talent communities.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders to align hiring priorities, set clear expectations, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Driving recruitment initiatives for high-demand and niche technology positions, including software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital roles.
- Leveraging market insights, talent intelligence, and industry trends to advise stakeholders on hiring strategies and talent availability.
