Job Summary
The Head of Talent Acquisition serves as the central point of coordination between clients, recruiters, and administrative staff for every open job order. This role owns the full lifecycle of a job requisition from the moment it enters the CRM through to successful placement — translating client needs into clear, actionable search criteria, keeping recruiters focused on the right candidates, and ensuring admins are screening applicants accurately. The ideal candidate is highly communicative, detail-oriented, and comfortable acting as the translator between what a client says they want and what the recruiting team needs to execute on.
